"I booked and paid for an all-inclusive one-night stay, with check-in at 3pm and check-out at 11am. While I understand these times, I was disappointed to find that access to lunch and drinks on both arrival and departure days was not included. In all my previous all-inclusive experiences, guests were able to enjoy these amenities, so receiving only dinner and breakfast made the package feel limited and not entirely worth the cost. Additionally, I was initially placed in the wrong room. I had booked a pool view but was given a garden view. This was later corrected after I raised the issue, and I appreciate that the staff addressed it. Unfortunately, the initial interaction at the front desk was not welcoming and left us feeling tense at the start of what was meant to be a relaxing getaway. Thankfully, another staff member later assisted us, offered a welcome drink, and helped resolve the room issue. The food options for dinner and breakfast were limited but very tasty, and the dinner staff were exceptional—they truly went above and beyond. Overall, the stay was okay, but not great. The limited inclusions and the initial reception made me question the value of the all-inclusive package, especially as the purpose of the trip was to relax and de-stress."

"I must express my sincere appreciation for this great property. The location, the safety, and tremendous accommodation was first class! This accommodation is an excellent facility. The Internet on both floor of this facility was better than many places that carry national names in hotel service. We were able to continue are on site work, and ongoing, Communication to clients.. additionally, I would like to say the location is excellent because the main road to the left and to the right within minutes has classes with excellent food, choices, grocery,and shopping!!! I wholeheartedly endorse this positive experience with what these accommodations offer to you! "

" The best thing there was the pool and yard. It has a nice relaxing ambience. The seating around it was really nice. Great for pictures. However, the room was not worth it. The faucets had wet stains and looked gross. The doors were old and creaky. There was no security. I liked that there is a hot tub but we were not able to use it. The manager kept saying that he would clean it for us to use but kept putting it off. I think it was understaffed. Overall the stay was ok"
