"This property was ideal for our needs of 10 people ages 25-96 from 5 states. Beautiful beach location with enough space for fun, common areas and comfortable, private space for everyone including private baths.The hot-tub photo on the website should be deleted as that does not exist and a few details need attention such as waste baskets in bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen towels, etc but overall well stocked and functional. Would recommend and hope to visit again if we need space for a large group."

"The family compound was an absolute dream and a perfect location for our reunion. The location couldn’t be better and the golden hour light on the marsh was so special. The first night was rainy and the main house was plenty of space for us to spend time together as a large group and the rest of the weekend we were spread out between the beach across the street and the generous outdoor area.
