Dump of a place. Had to move our person out on the first night. Mold on vents, and excessive moisture. bedsheets stained, or not cleaned. Filthy walls. Poor access in terms of the intercom and door codes. Avoid, even if you're desperate.

Its a disgrace that hotels.com sells rooms for gthis appalling dump. There is no reception . You get a code for the door and a code for the room. Its essentially a youth hostel. The phone number is not answered My basement room was down two flights of satirs, there is no lift, I had to help an extremely stressed elderly couple I found on the doorstep who couldn't open the front door and could not hope to carry their suitcase down two flights Eventually they gave me a room key which didn't work as apparently the lady who cleans the room had engaged a lock which can only be opened by the code! I spoke to the manager's son and said he had a very stressed couple in their late 80's and he was to come stright away ...his repsonse was "don't tell me what to do !"

Jamais vu!!!!

En arrivant dans la chambre, j’ai constaté la présence de cafards qui s’est accentuée le soir au retour du repas. Autant vous dire que je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit. J’ai consisté aussi. Par ailleurs, l’absence de télécommande me permettant de réguler la température et de stopper si besoin le climatiseur, je demande expressément que ma chambre d’hôtel me soit remboursé, et que cet établissement ne soit plus proposé par Hotel.com

À notre arrivée, la chambre était sale, pleine de poussière, des cheveux partout. Sol pleins de poussière, de cheveux. Tâches sur les murs, sur la tête de lit ainsi que sur les contours de celui ci. Un balcon pas entretenu. Seul le matela, les draps et les serviettes étaient propres Même pour un deux étoiles c'est inadmissible.

Bon pour un séjour agréable

Petit hotel assez bien placé. La chambre contient l'essenciel en plus d'une petite terrasse agréable. Il y a un petit espace commun et une terasse. Le personnel est agréable. Le rapport qualité/prix est assez bon. La propreté est bof. On a un peu galéré avec le code extérieur qui a été changé sans qu'on nous ait averti.

Ho soggiornato una notte con la mia famiglia e abbiamo trovato una struttura diversa da quella indicata nelle foto. Stanza piccola, giardinetto con erba finta sporca e piena di zanzare , bagno divido tra doccia e lavabo e wc a parte e senza aeratore. Per Il check-in abbiamo dovuto chiamare per avere il codice di accesso che non ci era stato inviato per mail il tutto senza che l’operatore parlasse altra lingua se non il francese … Da non consigliate.

Dangerous Hot Water Splash

The hotel staff and owner were courteous and friendly. The shower pressure and function was good - only problem was that it was a tiny space. As I turned around, I bumpted the tap, which resulted in dangerously - hot water. And I’m a small person. The tap needs a temperature moderator asap.

Correct, mais mérite un coup de frais

Je suis restée à l'hotel bellevue pendant 3 nuits, pour le travail. Il n'y avait personne à la réception car je suis arrivée tard, mais j'ai téléphoné au numéro d'urgence qui m'a tout de suite envoyé tous les codes, donc c'était très facile (heureusement que j'avais encore de la batterie, il serait peut être intéressant d'envoyer les codes en amont de façon systématique, et pas sur demande). Au niveau du confort, la chambre, salle de bain et balcon était grands, mais les fournitures et finitions (murs, prises electriques, fiches d'informations, miroir salle de bain) sont franchement cheap (sauf la douche et le meuble vasque qui étaient neufs). Et le matelas faisait une cuvette au niveau des fesses. Le ménage n'était pas bien fait non plus, j'ai trouvé des cheveux sur le sol de la salle de bain, du sable dans la chambre, des miettes au pied d'un lit, et du sang séché sur le bord du couvercle des toilettes. ça ne m'a pas vraiment dérangé, mais on peut vraiment mieux faire. à part ça la TV et le Wifi fonctionnait bien, et le palais n'est qu'à 10-15min à pieds. Je recommande le Copenhaguen Coffee Lab à 5min pour le petit dej, je n'ai pas testé celui de l'hotel car il fallait reserver la veille.
