"The Check-In was very easy and the owner was so nice. The kitchen was small and simple but had everything we needed. The atmosphere around the apartment was very italian and beautiful.Over all, the stay was perfect. The location is a little bit away from Verbania but it’s very easy to reach with a car or scooter."

"The air conditioning was faulty and only covers part of the house ..the upper floor is unusable in hot weather. According to the engineer this was a known fault with the property's system and hadn't been rectified for our arrival leaving us with no AC in 35 degrees temperatures. The garden was also in a poor state, it looked like it hadn't been cared for in at least 2 months. The again did send a gardner and an AC engineer but this was halfway through our stay so of little help. Not the sort of...
