"Lovely hotel with a great spa. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Hotel room was small in the European style, but certainly comfortable enough, with adequate air conditioning. There's a large parking lot situated adjacent to the hotel that can fill up on weekends. Breakfast was excellent with responsive staff and a wide selection of continental breakfast fare, There was also a small selection of hot foods available. The grounds are well kept and while not expansive are peaceful. The spa was a highlight of this stay and was very enjoyable. Many restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, but old town is a bit further away, "

"We stayed in this wonderful place for 3 nights and I would have asked to stay longer if we could. This was our first time in Italy and tried to do the whole trip by train, bus, taxi or uber. Little did we know (I tried doing as much research as I could, but still it wasn’t enough) we would have needed a car for this beautiful, little village in the mountains. I let our hose know how we were getting there and I explained that we were being dropped off at the bus station in Canistro Inferior and asked about taxi services. He explained that we were literally in the middle of no where (but it was so breathtaking bellísimas). We were tired from traveling all day from Rome, and we were hungry. It would have been an hour walk from the station to his home. On top of that, it was raining. He picked us up. Dropped us off at a restaurant for dinner. Dropped our luggage off at the house. Picked us up fromRestaurant (delicious food) and brought us to his VRBO to rest our weary heads. The next day, he offered to bring us to the market to get food for the next two days. He was definitely an angel on earth. If your soul ever needs a rest and you want to stay in the mountains in Italy, this is the perfect place to be. "

"Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel. Although it was very clean and the patio was huge, the safe did not work, the wifi did not work, the door did not lock properly, the pool did not even have water. In the morning we went down for breakfast but at 8:10 am they were already out of food. We had a 2 night stay booked but checked out and moved to another hotel."
