New apartment on the ground floor with a terrace of 60 m2 as brand new, consisting of 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes in both (1 double and 1 with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub and 1 with shower), fully independent kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils and living room with 43 "LED TV. Wifi throughout the house. High quality: armored door, hot and cold air conditioning throughout the house, white lacquered interior doors, tilt-and-turn windows. Ample parking space included. 200 mtrs. from the beach: Urbanization equipped with two paddle courts, swimming pool for adults and children with lifeguard open during the summer, sports area with football and basketball.

Fantastic two bed apartment near the beach

We spent two weeks in Canet in this lovely apartment. The apartment is part of a plot of apartments with communal areas. The beach is amazing (one of the best ones of the Comunidad Valenciana) and it is only few minutes away from the apartment. The apartment has a fantastic terrace where we had most of the meals and a communal swimming pool. The kids loved the swimming pool and it never felt too busy. In summary, we really enjoyed the holiday and I will recommend it to anybody. Also Victor was very friendly and welcoming. Gracias Victor!

Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage - sehr netter Vermieter

wir waren in der Nebensaison in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Alles ist da, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Auch Solz, Gewürze, Öl und Kaffee (Kapselmaschine von Nespresso) alles schon da. Ein WC mit Dusche und ein zweites mit Wanne. Küche mit Herd und Ofen, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine. Auf der großen Terrasse (Sonne von ca. 10 Uhr bis 15:30 Uhr) gemütliche Gartenmöbel mit Auflagen. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Wunderschönes Appartment

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, ebenerdig, geräumige Terrasse die man verschatten kann. Wir waren zu dritt Anfang Oktober für knapp zwei Wochen zu Besuch. Sehr sauber, modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Ruhige Lage unweit vom Strand und Supermarkt. Den Stellplatz in Tiefgarage haben wir nicht benötigt. Terrasse ist zwar zur Straße, kein Problem da hier kaum Verkehr - sehr ruhig. Glasfaser Internet ermöglichte deutsches zu Streamen. Valencia ist mit dem Auto leicht in ca. 30min erreichbar. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenhalt, wir haben es sehr genossen. Danke Victor. Very nice apartment, ground level, big terrace which you can shadow. We were three persons in the beginning of October for almost two weeks. Very clean, modern and practical. Nothing was missed. Quiet location near the beach and supermarket. We did not need the parking space in the underground car park. Terrace is indeed to the street, but no problem there is no hardly traffic - very quiet. Fiber Optic Internet enabled to stream movies. Valencia is easily reached by car in about 30 minutes. Very friendly and helpful owner. We can highly recommend the apartment and will gladly come again. It was a very nice stay, we enjoyed it very much. Thanks Victor!

El apartamento esta como nuevo, y completo con todo lo necesario, cerca de la playa y supermercados, la terraza es lo mejor, el clima maravilloso, la urbanización modélica. El dueño amabilísimo y servicial. Lo peor el pueblo, lejos y sin interés. Recomiendo una visita en barco por la Albufera.

All that you need for a living you can find in the apartment, very clean and comfy, access on foot to near supermarket, food very good at the restaurants along the beach, an ideal place for a family with kids to have a holiday.The owner, Mr. Victor an admirable example of Spanish hospitality, welcomed us in a good English, making the entrance into the place more friendly. Verry practical to hire a car if you want to ease access to Valencia and surroundings.I warmly recommend this location for a holiday.

Brilliant property, all your needs and wants catered for. Victor has brilliant English and was really patient. This property is near the beach which is amazing, great for early morning walks, it's a pity they close the pool in September. The local supermarket stocked everything needed and at very reasonable prices. Thankyou for a relaxing stay. Would definitely book this property again.

Nos recomendó la urbanización un amigo y no nos equivocamos. La urbanización y apartamento están como nuevos, además muy bien situado a 100 metros de un supermercado y de la playa. La terraza es perfecta para tomar el sol todo el año.

Pour les français qui regarde cette annonce vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Propriétaire compréhensif et agréable. El apartamento esta tal y como se ve en las fotos, perfecto. Todo muy nuevo y con gusto. A pesar de que estuvimos en Diciembre, en la terraza se puede disfrutar del sol casi todo el día. Vacaciones muy recomendables.
