"I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame...

"El estaso de la casa es lamentable, es muy vieja y los muebles estan viejos y sucios , las fotografias de la casa no tienen nada que ver con la realidad , la verdad es que hemos quedado muy descontentos. "We had a great time. The location is great, walking distance of almost everything you need. Navacerrada was beautiful during Christmas holidays with a Christmas market and activities to do with the kids.Perfect to connect with nature and go for a hike/bike. The communication with Carlos was excellent, he was very responsive. Thank you for having us in your lovely home!"

"Hemos ido un grupo de amigos y hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa. Está bien ubicada y contaba con muchas cosas indispensables que en otros alojamientos hay que comprar (bollería, papel higiénico, leche, sal, aceite...). Los dueños de la casa nos trataron muy bien en el check-in. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido que la casa tenga dos cocinas y la piscina climatizada que nos ha dado mucho juego. También destacamos la comodidad de las camas y los tres baños (éramos 13 por lo que nos vino genial)....
