The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other two bedrooms have two single beds each. It also includes two full bathrooms with shower, perfect to guarantee comfort during your stay. Located just a few minutes away from the beach and the promenade, in a quiet area with a local atmosphere, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and all the necessary services at your fingertips.

The living room, spacious and bright, connects directly to the large terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, ideal for relaxing outdoors or gazing at the sea. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, perfect for both short and long stays. The property also has a 600 Mb/s fibre optic WiFi connection, ideal for teleworking, and a 50" Smart TV in the living room.
