Located on the south and quieter end of the island, it overlooks the Garrafon Natural Reef Park – where snorkeling, kayaking, flying over Isla Mujeres on the zip-line and detoxing at the Mayan sauna is just at your doorstep.

If a day of total relaxation is more up your alley, take a dip in the infinity pool and later indulge in a well-deserved siesta.

Enjoy this residence's vast sun-filled interiors and modern minimalist design that is beautifully presented throughout with a focus on multiple living and entertainment options.

1st level: 

•    Make use of a fully-equipped kitchen, stylish dining area and living room with a comfy couch and flat screen TV, and an elegant shared bathroom. Perfect for entertaining or keeping the young ones busy.

•    Step out onto the balcony and use our outdoor dining table for a fabulous meal as you catch the dazzling light display of a gorgeous sunset against the ocean's water colors.

•    Rest in peacefulness in our guest bedroom


2nd level:

•    For more privacy head to our elegantly appointed master bedroom with ensuite. It includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and lounge and flows through to a private spacious balcony for more sensational views.

•    Grab a book and perfect your tan on our sun-beds or hammocks while the rest cook up a BBQ storm. Flow of drinks must apply.  Catch more views of our pristine waters and Cancun skyline.

We absolutely loved this property, very well payed out with wonderful views from every floor. We will definitely book this property again. Check in was smooth and Cesar even packed our bags up the stairs for us. Tons of parking, with a gated entry. Loved it..

Beautiful property and views

We absolutely loved our stay, especially watching the sunset each night from the top balcony. Delia was so helpful in arranging transportation for us and was very responsive. Also loved the proximity to Punta Sur for sunrises.

Mexican Paradise

Can’t say enough great things about this property. Fantastic views, very clean, awesome service from Delia and Cesar. The beach clubs, restaurants, and Punta Sur within walking distance make this the perfect spot. We absolutely loved everything about Isla Mujeres and can’t wait to come back.

Stay here on your next isla mujeres trip

This place is beyond expectations. Ultra clean and gorgeous views. Bianca arranged everything from private car from airport to ferry to her place on Isla. She also had a golf cart delivered to us and all we had to do was leave it there She has beach chairs, cooler, big spray etc We would absolutely stay here again

Fantastic stay

This condo was beautiful! Very comfortable and clean. Views were stunning. Nice and quiet, great pool. Delia went above and beyond to help us with everything. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Isla Mujeres.

Great condo, great location

We were so impressed with this condo. It's located in a great location on the island. We were away from the busy area but still close to restaurants, beach clubs, and amenities. It has three balconies with stunning views! The manager was very helpful making recommendations for our stay. If you want a stunning condo near the island's south end, this is a terrific choice.

Absolutely beautiful!

Rent a golf cart and shop for your essentials at Chedraui. The condo is beautiful and safe! Great mangos and drinks about 5 houses down from a local not a restaurant. Beautiful views and Delia is quick to help! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay quite location very clean and safe property beautiful breath-taking views rent a golf cart to get around nice, peaceful place I traveled with my 4 teens as a widowed mother and we had a great time we felt safe and got away from the busyness of downtown but we rented the golfcart for a few days and it worked out perfect.

Terrific Stay

From check in to check out it was a wonderful stay! Very beautiful place. I would recommend an updated couch. Overall it was amazing. We purchased a sheet pan for oven use and left it there for future individuals to use. Enjoy all!!!

Miss the views already!

What a great location and the house manager, Deliah really made our stay amazing. She coordinated transporation to and from the airport and answered any and all questions we had so quickly! If you're ok with a lot of stairs you won't want to miss staying here! It has all you'll need for a comfortable stay and the views from each level were amazing. We rented a golf cart for a few days which allowed us to explore the island. Definitely enjoyed our whole stay!

Wouldn't stay anywhere else on Isla

Fantastic location with walkable restaurants nearby. On south end of island preferred for quietness. Beautiful property and view, very calming. View and sunset stunning right from your own balcony! We arrived early and the host worked so hard to get us checked in even when another guest had just left that morning. Super responsive and very kind staff on site. Highly recommend!

Short but SWEET!

Our stay in this condo was just perfect for our family of four. Location and views are exactly what we wanted for our short stay in isla mujeres. Having a golf cart arranged for our arrival was do nice. We could start exploring the island as soon as we checked in. This condo had everything that we needed for a great vacation in isla mujeres. We highly recommend booking your stay in luxury. We will be back!

The Perfect Getaway!!

Delia was absolutely amazing. This trip was our anniversary as well as my Son’s proposal to his girlfriend. We wanted everything to be perfect and Delia made it happen. The property is beautiful with stunning views. The location is perfect with snorkeling right behind you. Wonderful memories were made in this beautiful place!

It was a great relaxing time. The neighborhood was great. We have gotten to know the locals over the years and really love the location of the condo. Thanks for everything!! Bring extra cash, as the restaurants mostly take cash, especially the Joint one of our favorites. The taxis take card, which helps.

It’s all about the views!

This property didn’t disappoint. It is just as nice as in the pictures. The views just keep getting better as you go up each floor. The condo was well-stocked too, from kitchen supplies to beach equipment. Delia was a fantastic host. She was always prompt, positive and helpful.

Great condo with amazing views. Excellent support by local manager. Had minor issue with air conditioning but it was resolved within hours. Location is right next door to Castillo which has private beach with great snorkeling and food/drinks served, cost to get in was $10 US p/p.

Gorgeous place on Isla Mujeres

My family and I really enjoyed our time on Isla Mujeres. We loved how close the place was to Garrafon de Castilla and the snorkeling was incredible. We also enjoyed walking to Punta Sur and rented a golf cart one day as well. We went during the rainy season but still had a wonderful time. We ended up cooking dinner at home a couple of nights since the places in town were rather expensive, but we had a nice time at The Joint one evening. It was a nice end of the island to stay in and felt very safe and secure. The infinity pool was also amazing and our kids really enjoyed swimming in it during the mornings and evenings.

Paradise with a view

We had an amazing stay at this property! It’s located at the quieter end of the island, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to everything you might need. The nearby beach clubs were a perfect spot to relax during the day, and we loved being within walking distance of several fantastic restaurants—each with its own unique vibe and delicious food.The pictures of this place truly don’t do it justice. The property is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and unwind.
