"Baño no limpio..Se nota no uso de desinfectantes..Ni forma,de evacuar malos olores después del uso..Papel higienico del anterior cliente.No dieron el desayuno cdo estaba contemplado..Cobro de 54 dolares cdo los mismos trabajadores dijeron de 25 por persona en época de baja..Se presume de 3 estrellas y no lo observe ..Vasos en habitaciones, servicio en habitaciones,restaurante cerrado. .Ahora el personal atento y comprensivo de las quejas.. Piscina y vistas a la playa aceptables..Los gerentes...

-La atención: el personal está atento a todas tus necesidades con la mejor predisposición.
-la ubicación: dentro del pueblo de Cojimies, este hotel brinda una vista maravillosa a la isla del amor y queda frente a una playa muy tranquila y extensa.
-El desayuno estuvo muy bueno.
Lo que no me gustó:
- En el hotel hay que mandar un texto para que te activen el agua caliente: a pesar de que siempre tuvimos agua caliente, el hecho de avisar previamente que la vas a usar es un poco...

"las imagenes que presentan en internet no se comparan con la realidad. Es una estafa. Ademàs el dueño desaparece y no enfrenta a los huespedes que deja sin alojamiento. ES PESIMO: PESIMO: EL ASPECTO HORRIBLE: ademas tiene que devolverme lo que paguè, ESPERO QUE EXPEDIA LO HAGA EN EL TIEMPO QUE OFRECIO. PORQUE EXPEDIA COBRA POR ANTICIPIDO. NO ES COMO EN OTRAS PLATAFORMAS QUE UNO PAGA EN EL LUGAR. PESIMA EXPERIENCIA... NOS TOCO SALI A BUSCAR ALOJAMIENTO EN OTRO LUGAR. HORRIBLE"
