Newly renovated lake house. Enjoy all year! Just steps away from the popular fishing spot, Lewis Point. No need to fight parking with a covered spot for all your gear. Direct access to the lake by snowmobile, ATV or foot. In the summer it becomes a quiet retreat on a dead end road with a stunning view. Sit on the porch and take in the lake just steps away. Bring your boat and utilize the private dock May- October. Pet friendly (additional $150 pet fee per stay) Located minutes away from the historic Sylvan Beach and close to many casinos for entertainment and dining.

Cute Lake House

We enjoyed our stay in this cute lake house. The house was perfect for what we needed, here for SU graduation weekend. The view is great and we ate dinner on the spacious deck while looking at the water. Very peaceful!

Quiet cottage with a great view

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is small & no frills inside, but the view from the front deck is wonderful. It’s also in a quiet area at the end of the road. It’s a great place to relax.

Hidden gem

The house is so lovely, and if you know anything about the area, the house is in the perfect location. It is close to Sylvan Beach and also tucked away on the water with peace and quiet. We are so glad to have found it, and will likely be back!

Great fishing stay

Great property managed by an awesome couple who are vary responsive. We came with five adults and four vehicles (two were hauling boats). Plenty of available parking and the State boat launch is only 10 minutes down the road. Very convenient location with a Dollar General and Stewart’s gas station really close as well. Can’t give this a better rating. We have stayed here two years in a row, and just booked again for next year!

Golfing at Roques Roost

The location was very convenient to the golf course we were playing at - Roques Roost Golf Course (West). The views of the lake were lovely and the place provided plenty of room. Our host (Rachel) was very responsive to our queries and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in this area around Oneida Lake.

Fabulous accommodations!

The house was terrific. Right on the lake, beautiful views! But also, super stocked home—kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! Host was super responsive to all of our (probably annoying) questions.
