"This was the 2nd time we've stayed at this property and it never disappoints. We were in town for baseball and soccer tournaments and the the house was centrally located between both fields. The house is extremely clean and well kept, kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook there or order in. There were great restaurants nearby, neighborhood was safe for kids to go on a walk.You will not be disappointed if you stay here!"

"Nice Staff. No microwave in the room. Does have a refrigerator. Kinda of noisy, not the hotels fault just people coming in and out all times of the early morning 3AM on with doors shutting. More of a tenant issue. It was ok though for the Des Moines area. "

"We were a family of six adults, in Urbandale for a family reunion! This townhome was in a perfect location for all of the weekend events. It was exactly as described/photographed on the website; perfect size and sooo clean. We were even able to share a breakfast meal with other out of towners.Adila was quick to respond to our initial questions and was available all weekend should we have needed her.Will definitely stay at this townhome the next time we come to Urbandale!!"

"This property would be great for a large group. Unfortunately we were there for one night and found it very difficult to find. It's on a super busy street with traffic whizzing by 24/7 which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The address was impossible to find. There are some rocks out front along the street, but they were hidden by a car sitting on the front lawn with a 'for sale' sign on it. The busy street made it impossible to slow down and look for an address. We only were sure we had the right property when the code worked. We had to help our additional car find it by standing on the front lawn and waving our hands. I do think the super busy street should be mentioned in the post so those of us who need a bit of quiet won't rent this property. Again, it was clean and a great place for a large group to party in. Also the TV in the living room was an ancient one that couldn't connect with the internet without buffering a black screen for long enough we thought it was dead. The one downstairs worked great. "
