Spacious home with indoor pool. Large fenced in area for dogs to run. Easy access to the home. Televisions in every room, kitchen fully equipped, beautiful views of Canandaigua Lake. No lake access, but there are beaches nearby. Lots of hiking in the area.

Beautiful location over looking Canandaigua Lake. The only thing you need to bring with you is food and clothes. Everything else is provided and in excellent condition. The pool was like bath water and very clean. We will be staying again in the future.

Well equipped place with everything you need was available. Nice place, really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was there that we needed. There was no bathroom on lower level, that was very inconvenience. At night we have to go upstairs for bathroom. Otherwise very good place.

Great hostess...lacks curb appeal.

Most aspects of our stay were very good. The pool was delightful, beds were reasonably comfortable, and a very user friendly kitchen. The furniture in the main living room was not the same as pictures (very Victorian instead) and the yard and front of the house could really use some spiffing up. Anne, our hostess was very responsive and the location is very nice as well.

The kitchen had lots of cooking utensils, it was well equipped. The view of the lake was beautiful. The indoor pool was a hit.I felt like I had come to visit my grandma, the furniture was very eclectic. Thee are tons of books and knick knacks. There are some things that needed repairs, but everything still functions. Perhaps it is someones residence too as there are family pictures.We would stay there again.

The house itself was great. The listing doesnt mention the inlaw suite attached that has direct access to the main house which was a bit uncomfortable. The person at the inlaw also left their dog to whine and cry late at night then again the next mornkng outside in the rain for a long time.
