This is a little tiny house close to Canandaigua Lake. Overall it is cute but it could use a little TLC or an end of busy season refresh to make it even better.

Beware! The photos are AI enhanced for sure. The outside of the property is very run down, no cute landscaping like the photos. Dirty with trash along the side and back yard. The cute back patio in the picture is actually a couple dirty chairs surrounded by weeds. The inside looks similar to the photos with the decor but much smaller and poor craftsmanship throughout. The big back slider doors were dirty, broken, handle falling off. I didn’t even try to open them because of the handle, and they couldn’t even be shut all the way, left cracked open when we arrived. I don’t think a space heater would have been enough to keep it warm through the night. I wouldn’t know for sure about that or the comfort of the bed because we left within 10 min of entering the rental and drove 5 hours home instead of staying. Although not the owners fault, the neighbors are loud and were having a heated argument with no concern for noise levels or language. Just something you may want to know if considering this rental. I did reach out asking for a refund, no response. Probably only deserves one star instead of two…
