Nice however …

New & nice however, needs: hand towel hooks in bathrooms, better blinds & block out curtains in bdrms, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, box springs on both beds rather than plywood bases, shower caddies, wine glasses, more than 1 room key, shower stool/bench (very difficult for women to shave their legs), broom & dust pan, cork screw, tv’s in bdrms, remove one if two closets in 2nd bdrm to make access to hall bathroom (make it a jack & Jill bathroom), washer & dryer. Again, very nice but needs more consideration & guest amenities.

Finger Lakes

The condo was new. It did not have many items which we would have liked to have in there (like a broom). Coffee filters did not fit pot and grinds exploded. Deck was very dirty but no broom for us to clean. Good communication prior to us getting there but when I reached out to host while we were there I never got a response. The listing said towels and linens but there was only one towel per person for a six day stay. The hotel and the area were beautiful. Listing should have said that it was located in the hotel. We had no idea. The showers had no shelves so all products had to be kept on the floor. No soap dish in main bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Other "issues" - no TVs in bedrooms, guest bedroom had no mirror, no vents in bathrooms, fireplace did not work, we were only given one key, one light over stove was out, no blow dryer, no bar to hang clothes in closet in foyer, need more hooks in bathrooms.

Great Condo but, plan on little sleep!

The Hilton is awesome. The condo was or is immaculate and and has everything except a hair dryer and iron. We brought so no big deal. The balcony was awesome but could have used some seating. There was this enormous deck with nothing to sit on to enjoy outdoors. Most importantly, the beds are horrible. There is no back support as a piece of wood was under a shabby, cheap mattress. Would not go back as we left a day early due to the poor sleeping conditions. Invest in a decent set of mattresses and the place is great! But, if you want to sleep while at the lake this is not the unit. We are exhausted!
