Sahilde ve havuz başında kendi hoparlörü ile müzik dinleyen ve gürültü yapan bir kitle vardı. Onlara imtiyazlı davranıldı. Kafa dinlemeye geldiğim yerde rahatsız oldum. Dışarıdan sahile ve havuza otel misafiri hariç müşteri alınıyordu. Deniz kenarında yer bulamadık. Kendi şezlongumuzu taşımak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltımızı tam bir saatte yapabildik. Servis inanılmaz ağırdı. Müşteriler arasında ayrımcılık yapılıyordu. Tesis çok güzel bir tesis; fakat hizmet kalitesi hayal kırıklığıydı.

Oteli bozcaadanın en iyi otelleri arasında oldugu için tercih ettik ancak otel hizmet açısından cok eksikti. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil serpme kahvaltı şeklinde geldi ve çeşit olarak fazla birşey yoktu. Sahile gittiğinizde tek bir personel yok sipariş verebilmek çin oteli telefonla aramak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Fiyatlar ise cok yüksek ve herşeye hizmet bedeli alıyorlar. Siparişler çok geç geliyor. Odada kettle çay kahve gibi ikramlık seyler bulunmuyor. Sac kurutma makinası bile yok. Duşta sıcak su gelmiyor otelin buna açıklamasıda yok sadece suyu açın 10-15 dk akıtın belki gelir diyorlar. Çok kötü bir konaklamaydı. Deniz sahilinde olan zehirli trakonya balıklarınada dikkat edin otel sizi ancak balık sizi soktuktan sonra bilgilendiriyor ve neden yere basıyorsunuz diye sorguluyor. Biz bu balık yüzünden hastanelik olduk.

we had a wonderful stay at the Bertiz Hotel! Many thanks again to Kemal and his whole team! You are very warm, courteous and unique. The hotel is very nice and, above all, with its 26 rooms, pleasantly small and familiar, just as we love it! The breakfast offers everything you can imagine and according to our taste. We didn't miss anything and always received the right one, even for our special requests. The Infiniti pool and the view of the sea are unique! Fortunately we ate one evening in the Bertiz restaurant and everything was freshly prepared, the fillet was grilled to the point and there were regional specialties. Unfortunately, I discovered the wine cabinets too late ... There are beautiful little treasures that we will certainly taste on our next visit. In any case, the Bertiz is 100% recommendable and everyone who prefers a nice, extravagant vacation like us will be very pleased and satisfied with Kemal and his team! Öncelikle deniz gerçekten mükemmel ve sadece sırf bunun için dahi konaklamaya değer, plaj bölgesi için bazı kurallar var ve bence buda anlaşılabilir ama yinede plajın hemen üstünde ayrı bir bölüme soyunma kabini mutlaka konulmalı ve ayrıca plajdaki duşların nden başlıklarının olmaması anlaşılamıyor, netice olarak bu küçük dokunuşlarla çok daha güzel bir tesis olabilir.Ancak birşeyin altını özellikle çizmek isterim resepsiyondan plaja kadar tüm personel inanılmaz nazik ve ilgili ve sadece buna bile 5 yıldız verilir,teşekkürler

Samimi ve profesyonel çalışanlar. Semih Sedanur Ümmühan Naim ve tüm restoran çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz. Temiz sessiz sakin odalar. yoğun tavsiye üzerine tercih ettigimiz bu otelde biraz hayal kırıklığına uğradım. resepsiyonda çalışan kadın dqha ilk girdigimiz anda bize saygisiz bir tavirla "yanliz otele geldiniz galiba" dedi. kahvaltida her sey gercekten sayiyla veriliyor ve verilen parayi haketmiyor. otel genel olarak guzel, denizi muhtesem. fakat hizmet olarak bizim tatilimizde sınıfta kaldı.

Unangenehme Überraschungen

Am 29.07.2021 haben wir über Hotel.com unseren Urlaub in Bertiz gebucht und kurz darauf die Bestätigung als E-Mail erhalten. Als wir gegen Mitternacht im Hotel ankamen, sagte uns der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter, dass unsere Reservierung storniert wurde und er uns kein Zimmer geben kann. Dies untermauerte er auch mit dem Beweis (Stornierung) den er uns freundlicher Weise überreichte. Wir hatten aber nichts davon gewusst (keine E-Mail o.ä.). Nun standen wir so gegen 0.30 Uhr in einem Ort, wo wir noch nie waren, auf der Strasse. Das ist u.E. kein Geschäftsgebahren. Der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter war auch sehr bestürzt über die Situation und hat uns angeboten am nächsten Tag die Hotelanlage kostenlos zu nutzen.

Otel konumu, doğası,iyi. Çalışan arkadaşlar iyi.

Öncelikle "Hotels" sitesinden Double Room olarak seçp Aile odası aldım. Sonuçta double Room yazıyor bu aileler için direk iki oda olarak anlaşılıyor, otele gittiğiniz de double room iki kişilik yatağı olan istek halinde bir adet tek kişilik yatak verilen TEK oda olduğunu anlıyorsunuz. Bu yanlışın düzeltilmesi lazım. Sonra siz iki odalı bir aile odası istediğinizde, ciddi ek bir ödeme yapıyorsunuz, ama bitmiyor, ikinci odaya ek bir tek yatak istediğiniz de ek bir ödeme daha yapıyorsunuz. Ek ödemenin ek ödemesini yapıyorsunuz yani. Bu kadar ödemeden sonra sanırım pandemi sürecinden kaynaklı otelin biraz bakımsız olduğunu görüyorsunuz. Otelin Konumu, doğası, plajı gayet iyi. Çalışan arkadaşlar samimi ve hizmetleri iyi. Sorun ödenen bedel karşılığı aldığınız oda ve plaj temizliği, sadece kahvaltı dahil olduğu için öğle ve akşam yemeği ücreti olarak baktığınızda , otel pahalı. Otel biraz bakım ve temizlik istiyor.

3 yıldır her sene uğradığım bir işletmeydi. Özellikle plajı ve sonsuzluk havuzu favorimdir. Lakin fiyatları çok artmış. Açık büfe kahvaltı kaldırılmış yerine serpme kahvaltı veriliyor. Kahvaltı ortalamanın altında ve adada ki diğer işletmelere nazaran da vasat. Omlet vs. istediğinizde de ekstraya giriyor. Restoran ve bar fiyatları da gereksiz yükselmiş. Dışarıdan da günübirlik plaj ve havuz kullanımına misafir aldıkları için checkin yaptığım gün plajda yer dahi bulamadım. Ama personel gayet ilgili ve yardımcı. Koy da adada tek.

Mükemmel Bozcaada Deneyimi

Her şey için çok teşekkür ederim. Çok keyif aldım. Öncelikle resepsiyondaki arkadaşlara sabah 9'da otele gelmeme rağmen hemen odama alabildikleri için minnettarım. Yemekler enfes. Sanırım otelin yöneticilerinden Kemal bey mutfakla birebir ilgileniyor. Özellikle istediğim deniz ürünlerini sağolsun hemen temin etti. Otelin önünden plaja inilen alan biraz zorluyor ama sanırım otel yöneticilerinin kontrolü dışında olan bazı politik durumlar varmış umarım en kısa zamanda çözülür. Seneye görüşmek üzere.

Vasat İşletme

Konumu mükemmel olup diğer birçok konuda yaptığınız masrafın düşündürmesi oldukça üzücü... kahvaltı vasat, bar vasat, adada olup mutfağında balık olmaması ayrı bi düşündürücü. Sıcak suyun yarım saatte akmaya başlaması, sıcak su sorununu bildirdikten sonra odaya gelen kişinin banyoya ayakkabı ile girmesi de ayrı rezillik. Eğer kafa dinlemeye gidiyorsanız, odanıza girin ve otelin diğer hizmetleriyle pek muhattap olmayın be kafanızı ağrıtmayın .:)
