"Our room was ready early, and valet was convenient and easy when we arrived. They also brought our luggage to the room for us, which was nice. We ate at the cafe for a late lunch because we were starving when we got there from the airport, but the food wasn't great. The prices at the restaurant were very high so we didn't try there. Our room was clean and met our needs well. When leaving the next day, they had told us to call 20 minutes ahead for valet to bring our car around, which we did. Once we got downstairs to leave, the attendant told us our car wasn't ready and we should have called ahead? The weird thing was we could see our rental car sitting outside the front door. So, we went on out and started loading our luggage. There was another car almost identical to ours that pulled up before we left. I think they had our cars mixed up, which is a bit scary, but thankfully we caught it before it was a problem."

"It probably expedia and not the hotel, but I had a hard time contacting hotel without calling. I had 2 reservations number to submit inquiries both were invalid. It made me worried so stop by before returning a car, in case I need to extend my rent a car to find another place to stay. It ‘s ok."

"This was a wonderful place to stay during our Burlington visit. The lobby is warm and welcoming with a fireplace, comfortable seats, coffee station and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and there is a complimentary happy hour Tues - Thurs. Our suite was roomy with a kitchen / living room area, separate king bedroom and spacious bathroom. All very clean . The location was 2 miles from downtown. A mall, grocery store and gas stations close by."

"We enjoyed the hot tub, the grill octopus in Ginger Restaurant was delicious, plenty towels at the pool and the Latin people working there were very friendly and helpful."
The Barrington Hotel

"Property was good, great location and staff were very helpful. Stayed 3 nights but never had my room cleaned. Not sure if this is normal or if it was missed. I know some hotels don’t offer daily clean. I did have my “do not disturb” sign up one day but not the second day. It was fine as a solo traveller as I had enough towels for my stay. Garbages could have been emptied tho. And there was no hand soap at the sink, had to use the body wash in the shower."
