"The location was good, we found walkable places to eat at, check out Billy’s and get the pastrami sandwich. Room was clean and they were able to accommodate an early check in since we flew in on a red eye. "

"Almost all was outstanding during our stay at this beautiful hotel. We found great value in our selection of a gold room which included the breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres and beverage lounge. We are very clean people who appreciate a very clean room upon arrival. That we received. We did not leave behind a messy room AND we left a generous gratuity for housekeeping for their excellent attention during our stay. There was only one problem, although it was a big problem. Within one hour of checking out of the hotel, we realized we left something in the room. We called immediately and asked for it to be held at the front desk as we would be returning in a few days and we would pick it up. The item was never turned in as found property. I find this very disheartening."

"Better direction to your room. The non smoking rule should extend off property. People were smoked under window till after 2 am "
