"Room was clean but the hair conditioner dispenser was empty. I didn’t bring my own expecting a supply at the hotel so it did create an issue for me. Staff was extremely nice. Minor detail but inconvenient that the light at the coffee bar didn’t work. "

"I had an Excellent stay at the Fairmont Chateau Frontnac. The staff were incredible and the Hotel itself was fantastic/Magical. Such a historic building filled with history and millions of stories. This is a great Hotel to stay at for any occasion. My room was nice and cozy. Everything was walking distance from the hotel. (Shops,restaurants, boutiques etc...) I enjoyed my stay here and i will be suggesting this hotel to family and friends. "

"Nice clean room, my only compliant is the airport shuttle it can be slow and extremely busy early in the morning...we got an uber to get to airport because lobby was full of people. Took shuttle back."
