Additionally, the room was ridiculously warm when we came in, and despite turning off the temperature altogether, it never really cooled down. Other than that, the staff were excellent. "

"Room was clean but the hair conditioner dispenser was empty. I didn’t bring my own expecting a supply at the hotel so it did create an issue for me. Staff was extremely nice. Minor detail but inconvenient that the light at the coffee bar didn’t work. "

"I had an Excellent stay at the Fairmont Chateau Frontnac. The staff were incredible and the Hotel itself was fantastic/Magical. Such a historic building filled with history and millions of stories. This is a great Hotel to stay at for any occasion. My room was nice and cozy. Everything was walking distance from the hotel. (Shops,restaurants, boutiques etc...) I enjoyed my stay here and i will be suggesting this hotel to family and friends. "
