"Upon arrival today, January 24th, after a long journey, the Moon Light Hotel management informed me that they have no record of my booking and refused to provide the room I have already paid for.
Despite presenting my valid Expedia receipt and confirmation, I have been left without accommodation. As this is a peak period and surrounding hotels are fully booked, this situation constitutes a significant failure of service and customer harassment. I want proper refund to be initiated for this."

"A lot is going right for this place. We stayed for 3 nights, and even though the room was, let's say, condensed, we didn't mind it at all. The service, warm hospitality, prompt attention to details, and above all, friendly staff was the highlight of our stay. The owners are making sure you are greeted with a smile, and the support staff is following the culture. We would come back if given a choice"
