Stayed in a Lower Courtyard Room just over the road from the beach. Large room with A/C. Ceiling fans both in the bedroom and outside on the terrace. Good bathroom. Coffee & Tea making facilities provided. Helpful friendly staff.

Disappointing service. Needs to be addressed as many other cheaper places along the beach have far friendlier staff
Rooms were excellent but courtyard garden needs to be tidied up

Cozy little place away from the hustle..
Perfect property for season period. Off-season eating options are limited inside and outside. Closest nice beach in off-season is Palolem while in season period it’s right opp the hotel with its own restaurant/shack.
