  • Walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store, shops, playground, bowling, and the Connecticut river boat launch for swimming and fishing and kayaking. We have direct trail access to the ATV and snowmobile trails from our parking lot. 2 Queen beds, 50in TV and kitchenette add convenience and comfort to your stay. All of our rooms are newly renovated. Come see what the Northeast Kingdom has to offer you!

I actually had two rooms - one for myself and one for my older daughter. Both were extremely clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Honestly, the hotel far exceeded my expectations! An excellent place to stay and would stay there again when in the area.

Pros: Easily walkable to restaurants, is one of the only places to stay in Northern VT/NH that doesn’t cost a fortune. Cons: Rooms are small and poorly constructed, floors were dirty, AC didn’t cool room.
