This hotel smelled awful. A strong smell of mold. The swimming pool was very bad, when my family swam in the pool, my son got rashes that lasted multiple days. The pool looked dirty and was very acidic and tasted soyr..

I travel alone so i was put in a tiny room. There is no sound proofing. Loud neighbor in early am yelling and phone ringing. Since i stayed two nights, no room cleaning, i hadto ask for water

The room was amazing. They did construction so we had to change room during our stay. Did have a buffé for breakfast and fried egg with an chief in the mornings. The staff were not so good at english. The meny for dinner were not very exiciting. We had roomservice wich was brilliant.

Hotel is no where near 4 stars. Shower drain was not working well. Carpet was very dirty and smelled like mildew. Sheets and blanket had blood stains. Staff was very friendly and had very good customer service skills. Very happy with service. Will never consider to returning to hotel.

Not bad for a short stay

It was a great stay, near local food and drinks. Room condition and showers are great; hot came water right on. Need to keep sink clean inside out; felt disgusting when washing your face.

急需改進的四星級酒店

本次進駐時剛遇到整修,打牆壁的灰塵很多,另外原本應該是禁菸的確發生客戶在房間外面走廊吸菸,導致其他房間充滿煙味. 另外餐廳晚餐並無提供飲料,因為餐廳在一樓,如果需要飲料還需上去九點,非常不舒適.

L'hôtel est en travaux. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre à cause du bruit des marteaux-piqueurs, mais la deuxième chambre était encore plus bruyante que la première avec en supplément un bruit ininterrompu de canalisation. Visiblement, la direction de l'hôtel fait peu de cas de ses pensionnaires ! Nous sommes partis sur le champ pour chercher un hôtel plus accueillant. Je réclame le remboursement de la moitié de la réservation, svp.

Great customer service from all staff. Good location near restaurants and other services. Spacious room with good layout, however not an optimum choice for floor material in VN climate and cleanliness: carpet in bedroom area. Misty odor and several visible stains on the floor. Laminate or wood floor would be a better choice.
