I booked this through Expedia for a next day stay for 3 nights by mistake and put a cancellation in within 2 minutes. Expedia said they couldn't get hold of the hotel and it would take 72hrs to reply.. i recived a reply in over 72hrs to tell me that they wouldn't exept and refund my cancellation.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We booked three upper deluxe room. Showed up and was told rooms were sold out. The receptionist had to go make several phone calls to management who was not on site. Hotel tried to make us pay extra for one room upgrade while downgrading the other two rooms. They comped us by giving us “breakfast” even though our booking included breakfast. Breakfast was very limited. My daughter ended up having a stomach ache afterwards. Only one working elevator. The lights in the stairways were not well lit making it dangerous at night to use. The AC did not function. Bugs crawling in the rooms. Bathrooms were moldy with low water pressure for showers. Parking advertised as free but ended up costing us money. Fortunately, we booked only one night. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Try a 1 star motel. Take your money elsewhere and do not book here.

これはホテルが悪いわけではなくエクスペディアに問題がある。朝食付きを予約したがチェックインすると朝食はついていないと言われた。 確かにホテル側の予約表を見ると朝食は無い仕様となっている。しかし自分の旅程の内容は朝食付きになっている。これを説明したところ、フロントも渋々朝食を付けてくれた。 その後、シャワーの温度が上がらず、ベットと枕は臭いが強い。テンションが下がった。

The town has got absolutely nothing going for it. The floating market surely should be classified as an eye sore. There's so much rubbish floating in the market.

2/4/2017〜4/4/2017まで利用しました。デラックスを頼んだら、最上階の大きな部屋でした。 しかし、お風呂は色々な装置が有りましたが、全て壊れていて、作動しませんでした。それに加え、シャワーの水圧・水量が無く、浴びるのに1時間もかかりました。

Hotel bien situé et accueillant

Le Hâu-Giang est un bel hôtel confortable, situé au cœur du Cantho historique. Check-in/out rapides. Accueil professionnel (efficace et souriant). Petit déjeuner très bon, au dernier étage avec vue sur la ville.

not expecting much for $28 a night but the room was very big, clean and comfortable. the lobby didn't make me enthusiastic but the staff were friendly and helpful. they made us breakfast for our 5 am boat trip! what more could you ask for

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι κεντρικό και πολύ κοντά στην παραλία όπου ξεκινούν οι βαρκάδες στο δέλτα του ποταμού. Είναι καθαρό, περιποιημένο και όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Το προσωπικό είναι εξυπηρετικό και πολύ φιλικό. Το πρωινό είναι πλούσιο και απευθύνεται και σε ευρωπαίους.πέρα από το νερό που σου προσφέρουν στο δωμάτιο υπάρχει καφές και τσάι δωρεάν για τους πελάτες.
