Hotel Isla Mallorca & Spa

"Nice hotel in a great location, in a quieter neighbourhood while still being very central. The rooms are a bit small, but modern, clean and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. Unfortunately, on several occasions the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and simple questions often seemed to be met as though we were bothering them. This was really the only downside to an otherwise nice stay."

"Hotel was nice not much complains EXEMPT for 2 things the “pool” on the rooftop its a tub ( which has bird poop in it at all times so dont do it to yourself) and the only other complain i have and most important on the hotel is that i had the junior suite #14 AND THERE IS A HOUSEKEEPING CLOSET RIGHT IN FRONT OF IT so every morning we would be woken up to THE NOISEEEE from house keeping taking all of their equipment for the day …EVERYDAY at 7am it was more than annoying and inconsiderate Specially for the price you pay for a junior suite u think they would put that closet SOMEWHERE ELSE . if i ever stay there again i will definitely make sure i dont get that room (which is supposed to be nice since is a suite )"

"This hotel was great, especially the breakfast and the two pools. My least favorite part was actually the room, which was quite small and a long walk to get to. There was light coming from the sides of the windows and under the floor that were on all night, making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise the hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained and with excellent staff."

"Can't say enough about Posada Terra Santo! A fantastic spot --all 5-star,--staff, location, room, restaurant, amenities. A modern renovated hotel in a 16th century space. Breakfast is a plus and we always looked forward to the breakfast service. Glad we stayed there!"

"What a great find!!! We stayed during 2026 eclipse. Location is AMAZING for Palma near bars, restaurants & shops. Couldn’t be more central. The rooms and interiors design are good nice modern vibe. Good breakfast but the staff!!! The staff are AWSOME👌👏👏💕. Couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Bravo to you all💕. Also a nice little roof top area with modest plunge pool and decent views to chill in if you want to. Not to be over looked, there was also a lovely helpful bar man (sorry I can’t remember your name). I recommend the Mojito and Pina Colada’s 😉. Would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation. Well done!!"

"The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!"

"Great location and one of the nicest atmospheres in a hotel we’ve come across! Very impressed overall, we did stay at the deluxe/ premium and it was a bit smaller than pictured, the bathroom is aesthetic but not closed off fully from the bedroom. Wish there was more closet space and seemed to get very dusty quickly. Parking is difficult as you cannot access via car / van thru the narrow alley and must park at garage. Huge shoutout to Rafa, Jose, and the turn down service cleaning lady! They made a wonderful impression."
