"The front staff wasnt too accomodating and interested in helping us out with dining references when asked aside from referring to their own restaurant. I also asked if they have a free shuttle from hotel to airport but was told it is busy and instead recommended hiring their contact and pay $2000 for van that would take us to the airport. The bathroom floor had water leaking from somewhere. It was always soaked whenever we come back from our tours."
