Spacious Mtn Top Contemporary - Spectacular Views - in Waterville Estates

This very private and spacious 4000 sq ft luxury home is perched at the top of Campton Mountain and provides breathtaking views from every room.

Amenities include: pool table, sunken fireplace room, Jacuzzi tub, custom kitchen, recreation room with wet bar and second fireplace, central stereo system, wireless internet, large wrap-around mahogany deck, and phenomenal sunsets.

Guests may also enjoy the Waterville Estates recreation complex with indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, and seasonal ice-skating/paddle boating (additional daily guest pass fee of $10 weekdays/$20 weekends).

Our 10-acre property is adjacent to Campton Mountain Ski Area, which offers ski-in/ski-out access (snow conditions permitting) and adrenaline spiking sledding and tubing right out the back door.

Our family reunion of 3 generations arriving from both coasts could not have happened at a more perfect location! The home housed all 14 of us with ample room to find a quiet place to regroup and recharge. The host was the best and always available to answer any questions before & during our stay. The views are incredible! My husband & I have been planning this reunion for well over a year and the Mtn Top Home cradle us all in life time memories!

The house is very unique and totally has 70’s vibe, because it was built in 1975. Views off the back deck could not have been more gorgeous! Directions for everything were excellent! Our husbands just wish there had been a smart TV in the house to watch sports at night.

It can’t be overstated how beautiful the views are. Beautiful to be viewed from just about every room in the house but especially the living room, kitchen and billiard/loft room. Bill was very responsive and we didn’t have any issues at all. Definitely would stay here again

The location and views from the property are amazing. We did have a major issue with water. We had to use bottled water to wash our hands and flush the toilets a good portion of our stay.

An amazing experience

Wonderful space, amazing views, great host!

I stayed here for a winter weekend with a group of old friends who travel together a few times a year. This place is spacious and has elegant touches and we’re already talking about coming back here. We enjoyed watching the sweeping mountain views from the living room and from the kitchen, cooking in the spacious and well-supplied kitchen, and hanging out in the living room and the “bear den” on the other side of the fireplace. This place has a lot of light during the day and the views are truly stunning. Pretty nice to have a pool table! Lots of parking. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive and helpful. Great experience.

Another wonderful visit to the Mountain top home

We’re 3 families who travel together often. This was our third stay at the Mountaintop home! The house is just as it’s described - plenty of room, lots of beds, very well provisioned and the views are incredible. Bill is an excellent host. He responds quickly to inquiries and managed to arrange a snow plow and shoveling service within 30 minutes of our ask. Stay here - you’ll love it!

Gorgeous views

The house was high up a winding mountain road and truly had spectacular views of the mountains. It had everything we needed for cooking for a large group. The owner provided excellent information before and during our trip. We were there during a snowstorm and the road was plowed quickly but definitely recommend a car with good traction as it was a little nerve-wracking driving on snowy roads. Few things to know:The house is quirky and still in the 1970s. Dated but clean. Has a great large dining table but sitting/living area is small because of the shape of the house.Didn't see any hair dryers so bring that if you need it.

Great Place to stay

Awesome location with plenty of room for our large group of friends getting together for our annual skii trip - check in was easy, the views were gorgeous off the back deck. I would definitely suggest having all wheel or 4 wheel drive to get up to the property. Overall great place to stay

Perfect Getaway Location

The greatest appeal to this home is obviously going to be the view. Unparalleled! Bill made sure the place was set up with everything we would need to make our stay a comfortable one. We had 14 guys staying there and it still felt very roomy. Tons of nooks to tuck away in to have conversations. Tons of open areas for group times.The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. (A very important factor for our group.)There was an area power outage on Saturday night and Bill was fantastic about communicating with us what was going on and when the power was expected to come back on. Yes...the road up the hill is steep. But even with a little fresh fallen snow on the ground, we all made it down the hill without problems. Hey...it was Winter in New Hampshire. Snow is expected.Great place and well worth renting.

The views from the deck and kitchen are probably the most spectacular we have ever seen. It was peaceful and homely and the circular kitchen meant that wherever you stood there was a fantastic view of the Waterville valley. The house design was unique but some of the sliding doors need attention. Overall it was a lovely stay

Weekend getaway for a family wedding

The view was absolutely beautiful! We loved the retro 70’s style. We want to go back. There were tons of rooms and bathrooms. We loved the second kitchen in the basement for the couple with a baby. It was easy to get around for older people.
