You will have access to the entire house and two guest passes to Waterville Estates Community Center which has a hot tub, several pools, a gym, and arcade room. If there are more than two guests, it costs $10-20/person/weekday for adults, kids may be less, or $20/day/weekend day or holidays. Check for most recent prices during the 2025 year.
Other things to note
- Personal car is necessary. We recommend bringing an all-wheel drive car (or 2WD with chains) in the winter as the property is located upon a mountain.
- There are limited rideshare options in the area.
- Parking for 2-3 cars comfortably, depending on size.
