Great view

We have really enjoyed our stay in the house. The outside area is very nice, the view is amazing, and the house is very charming. But there are only 3 bedrooms, not 4 like the add says.

Na een week zijn wij vertrokken naar een ander huis

Het verblijf opzich was oké, het huis is mooi maar niet helemaal goed schoongemaakt. Bij aankomst lag er tussen het gasfornuis en de kast nog eten wat er tussen was gevallen van eventuele vorige gasten. De kamers zijn prima, alleen wisten ze dat wij met 7 personen waren en dus de slaapbank nodig hadden. Deze was niet klaar gemaakt, dat is natuurlijk ook geen probleem maar we moesten eerst zelf nog even uitvinden waar we de 7e persoon gingen laten omdat we bij het inchecken geholpen werden door een man die alleen maar Italiaans sprak. Dus dit was een klein struikel puntje voor het inchecken. Het huis bevind zich op een berg, je bent dus niet zomaar lopend of met de fiets beneden en je bent zowat verplicht alles met de auto te doen. In de advertentie staat dat naar de stad ventimiglia en het strand het een paar kilometer is, ik verwacht dat dit hemelsbreed is. Want naar het strand was het met de auto 25 minuten rijden. Dit is niet een aantal km lopen. Al met al, is het een prima huis om even in te verblijven al zou ik er geen twee weken in willen verblijven en voor ons dus ook zonde van het geld omdat we wel voor twee weken geboekt en betaald hebben en na een week een tweede huisje beneden hebben moeten boeken omdat de informatie in de advertentie niet helemaal voldeed.

Fantastischer Blick - Fantastischer Aufenthalt

Wir durften einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt geniessen. Der Blick aufs Meer den wir vom Pool und der Sonnenwiese hatten ist unbeschreiblich schön. Unsere Private Terasse bietet alles was man für den perfekten Ferienaufenthalt braucht & lädt zum gemütlichen Frühstück oder einem tollen Grillabend ein. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist. Die Austattung ist hochwertig & sauber. Einzig der Weg vo Camporosso nach S.Giacomo ist etwas erschwerlich. 2-3Mal gefahren ist aber das kein Problem mehr. Der Garten der Unterkunft wir mit sehr viel Liebe & Hingabe gepflegt & ist ein Traum!

Fantastische plek en vakantiewoning

De vakantiewoning heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de Middellandse Zee en was heel erg goed uitgerust en afgescheiden van de andere woningen. Enige wat we van tevoren niet precies wisten met hoeveel andere woningen we het mooie zwembad deelden. Dat had in de advertentie kunnen staan.

Super Urlaub

Wir waren zu 5 in in der sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung und uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt auf einer ruhigen Anhöhe mit sehr schönem Blick auf das Meer. Je nach Vorliebe kann man entscheiden ob man ans Meer will oder weiter im Landesinneren wandern möchte. Ist alles gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In der Wohnung selber ist alles vorhanden, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, in unserem Fall hatten sie sich umgehört wo man einen Corona Test für die Rückreise machen kann. Zusammengefasst: Gerne wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von den beiden Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes standen sie uns jederzeit freundlich mit Rat & Tat zur Seite! Die Unterkunft selbst war liebevoll eingerichtet & sehr sauber. Der einzigartige Ausblick auf Meer und Umgebung macht diesen Ort zu etwas besonderem.

2012 suchten wir ein neues Feriendomiziel in Ligurien am liebsten in der Provinz Imperia .Da wir bei Fewo schon gute Erfahrungen gemacht hatten , suchten wir und fanden die Ferienanlage Villa Montefontane .Seit 2012 haben wir bereits 5 mal bei Giusi und Sestilio Urlaub gemacht. Wir, dass sind 6 Personen im Alter von 29/33, 58/59 und 84/87 also 3 Generationen und jeder fühlt sich hier wohl und ist begeistert von der Anlage. Die sehr gepflegte Anlage befindet sich in San Giacomo auf einem Hügel oberhalb von Camporosso in einer Villenanlage. Die Anlage ist problemlos mit dem Auto (auch größere Fahrzeuge) zu erreichen. Von hier aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf Ventimiglia, Menton bis Monte Carlo. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, ausreichend auch das Geschirr in der Küche. Die Wohnräume sind mit Bildern und verschiedenen Assessors ausgestattet. In den Räumen fühlt man sich einfach wohl. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Essen und Relaxen an der frischen Luft ein. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist für alle Mieter der Wohnungen zugänglich. Wer aber lieber im Meer baden gehen will, ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten am Strand in Vallecrossia. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Camporosso und Vallecrosia zB. Lidl, Maxi Skonto, Eurospin und am Montag ist gegenüber vom Eurospin der Markt. Am Freitag Markt in Ventimiglia in Strandnähe. Wer gerne mal etwas Einheimisches essen möchte, können wir das Lokal „Le Vecchia Osteria“ in Biagio della Cuma oder lieber frischen Fisch im Ristorante „Die Pescatori“ in Vallecrosia direkt am Meer empfehlen. Auch in kurzer Zeit ist man in Frankreich. Wir können diese Anlage nur empfehlen. Sie ist für Paare, Familien und auch Senioren, die einen schönen Urlaub in Ligurien verbringen möchten, sehr geeignet. Jeder wird hier von den Eigentümern Guisi und Sestilio sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommend behandelt. Liebe Grüße aus Aach / Hegau.
