"The property goes back to the 1400's. I base this on the fact that a lintel to the "new" addition of the tower has a date of 1519. Much of the property retains its original character, and beams, portions of flooring, doorways, and other features have not been touched or altered. I enjoyed this, but several in the party did not, and thought some modernizing touches would have been appropriate. That's simply a matter of preference, in my view. "Beautiful property with an amazing view both from the apartment and the swimming pool. Paolo is the perfect host, helping with luggage, making the best pizzas, giving tips for local visits… We stayed 4 nights with 2 teenagers of 15 and 20 and we had a great time! I definitely recommend!"

"The house is very old and traditional. You go down some steps to reach your garden and up the steps to the swimmingpool area with nice beds, umbrellas, tabels and chairs and a picknick table. This was our favourite spot and the view of the surrounding mountains is fabulous. Paolo was a wonderful host and made us pizzas in his oven."

"We had the most amazing stay at Villa Benedetta with our kids. The historic charming villa just next to the pool overlooking the whole Valley.
