Fabulous family villa

We stayed for 9 nights at the end of July 2024 and had a lovely time. The accommodation is great and large enough for a family of 9 (teens +). The host is brilliant and personally met us despite arriving at midnight. A car is needed to get to any amenities, but within a few minutes drive there are plenty of restaurants and the beaches are fabulous. Recommend a visit and boat trip from Cefalu.

Very nice House and pool

The House is very beautiful and has all required amenities.Towels and linen for the bed have to be paid extra.We had some problems with the heating and water supply but the owner solved it on short notice.The pool is wonderful put not heated.

Wir waren zu neunt zwei Wochen in dieser sehr schönen Villa mit einer traumhaft angelegten Gartenanlage. Auch der gepflegte Pool war ein Highlight. Die Besitzer Frau Monia und Herr Vincenzo sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herr Vincenzo hat täglich sehr früh am Morgen den Pool gereinigt und den Abfall mitgenommen der angefallen ist. Als wir anmerkten, dass eine Außendusche am Pool sinnvoll wäre um sich Vor- und Nach dem Pool abzuduschen, hat uns der Besitzer überrascht. Wir kamen von unserem Palermo Ausflug zurück und haben eine fertig montierte und funktionstüchtige Außendusche vorgefunden. Auch hier zeigte sich die extreme zuvorkommende Art der Besitzer. Ohne Auto geht allerdings wenig bis gar nichts. Die Villa ist schön ruhig gelegen, man braucht aber durchaus ein Auto um an den Strand sowie in die nächstgelegenen Ortschaften zu kommen. Die malerische Stadt Cefalù ist gerade einmal 12km entfernt, Palermo ca 55km. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es 2km entfernt von der Villa. In Summe hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub und können die Villa wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Auch wir können uns durchaus einen erneuten Urlaub hier vorstellen.

Superbe villa!

10 jours exceptionnels !! Une villa magnifique et très bien équipée, totalement conforme à l’annonce. Un très bel accueil et une très grande gentillesse et disponibilité de la part de Monia et son époux qui nous on donné de très belles adresse à visiter, manger et sortir ! Aber die Agentur über die Vermietung läuft ist so lala. Achtung versteckte Kosten wie Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Und Strom wollten sie gleich 2x abbuchen. Zimmer sind mega, die Lage sollte mal vorher auf Google Maps anschauen. Für uns war es absolut ok. Wenn man ein ruhiges Haus sucht dann ist es nix weil die Straße Tag und Nacht stark befahren ist.

Vier alte Schweizer

Rolf Mermolja Wir waren 2 Ehepahre im Alter von 60 bis 70 Jahren und Ende Mai 1 Woche im Haus. Dank Google Earth ist es heute möglich sich ein Bild von der Umgebung des Hauses zu machen. Diesbezüglich wurden wir nicht überrascht, denn wir wollten es ruhig haben, also nicht in einem überfüllten Gebiet sein. Das Haus steht also abseits und fällt von den Nachbargrundstücken total ab, welche sich mehr als Wochenendgärten mit Wachhunden darstellen. Das Haus ist über den Hinterzugang über die parallel zur Hauptstrasse verlaufende Seitenstrasse zu erreichen. Spaziergänge in der Umgebung kann man getrost vergessen, Strand und Einkaufscenter sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zur Unterhaltung ist natürlich nur Cefalu zu empfehlen, in der Stadt kann man sich sehr gut verweilen. Parkplätze am Bahnhof oder grosse Wiese am Strand (6 EUR). Nach Palermo sollte man unbedingt mit dem Zug fahren, der Hauptbahnhof ist mitten in der Stadt. Fahrtechnisch ist Palermo nur etwas für Einheimische die sich gut auskennen in der Stadt. Die Altstadt ist gross und eng und natürlich verkehrstechnisch nicht für die heutige Zeit geeignet. Da es viel Wohnraum gibt und alle auf Räder angewiesen scheinen, ist das Parkplatzproblem nicht zu lösen. Sogar durch die Märkte wird sich per Vespa durchgequält. Unser Haus ist in einem guten Zustand, warmes Wasser war immer vorhanden. Der Garten wird nachts bewässert und der Pool wurde öfter gereinigt, alles in tadellosem Zustand. Zu beanstanden ist die zu harte Matraze im unteren Schlafzimmer. Das ist höchstens was für jüngere Generationen. Wir haben einfach zwei Matrazen vom oberen Kinderzimmer draufgelegt. Gut waren die Besuche von Vincenzo, der uns immer gute Tips geben konnte, da sich meine Frau mit ihm auf italienisch unterhalten konnte. Vieleicht wäre für den Preis auch mal eine neue Kaffeemaschine möglich und stabilere Küchenmesser. Ansonsten waren wir mit allem zufrieden und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaften Garten

Das Haus ist neu und wunderbar eingerichtet. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat gut funktioniert. Haus sehr sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Was fehlt sind Jalousien in den Schlafzimmern oder dicke Vorhänge. Es gibt überall Fliegengitter, diese sind auch notwendig. Wir hatten sehr viele Moskitos ,die uns den Aufenthalt im Freien trotz aller möglichen Mittel, etwas vermiest haben. Das Pool ist wunderbar zum schwimmen. Das besondere ist der prachtvolle Garten, wie eine Parkanlage. Habe noch nie so einen schönen Garten gesehen. Zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Kilometer, die Strände sind wunderbar und wenig Menschen im September. Gibt einen Strand mit Steinen und Sand und einen langen Strand nur mit Sand. Kann am Strand das besonders gute Restaurent Paranza empfehlen. Zum Frühstück ist es wunderbar mit toller Aussicht in Campofelice d Rocella bei der Bar Rosa auf der Promenade , traumhafter Kaffee und Croissant. Ohne Auto geht aber gar nichts. Cefalu ist in 10 km erreichbar, richtiger Touristennepp, aber schöne Stadt. Palermo ist nur 60 km entfernt. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind besonders freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die SS113 ist nur 50 m von Haus entfernt, nach dem Garten , daher Autolärm den ganzen Tag, nach 2 Tagen gewöhnt man sich dran, was stört ist, das es alle 10 Minuten knallt, damit werden die Vögel von den Feldern vertrieben. Kann das Haus aber trotzdem wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt, die Ausstattung zumindest gleich gut wie beschrieben. Bäder und Einrichtung sind modern und auch die Möbel auf der Terrasse war nochmal besser als in den Bildern. Die große überdachte Terrasse ist den ganzen Tag beschattet und mit dem großen Esstisch perfekt geeignet. Die Matratzen sind ziemlich hart aber sauber, das ist sicher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Pool wurde mehrmals pro Woche gereinigt, der Müll entsorgt und somit fühlten wir uns vor Ort auch gut betreut. Das Haus ist ohne genaue Anleitung kaum zu finden, da die Zufahrt recht versteckt ist. Ohne Auto kann man kaum was machen, weder zum Strand noch zu Lokalen oder Einkaufen, allerdings ist das alles mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Umgebung, Strand etc. sind sehr schön. Wir hatten aus Erfahrung schon von zuhause Ameisenfallen mitgenommen, das empfehle ich für jede Villa im Süden. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

heerlijk mooi vakantiehuis vlakbij Cefalu en strand

Prachtig huis met alle benodigheden en geode bedden.. Airco in keuken en airco in 3 persoonslaapkamer boven. Veranda is top , leefden daar altijd. Ook altijd gebruik gemaakt van buitenkeuken. Mooie goed verzorgde tuin en lekker koel zwembad Enige nadeel is dat je vanuit veranda doorgaande weg in verte ziet en hoort hoewel dat heel snel went en wegvalt. Avonden zijn heel; rustig. Cefalu, Palermo, Castelbuono en stranden vaak bezocht. Echtpaar is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Super "familie"-hus som fuldt ud lever op til "skandinavisk" standard og forventninger.

Vi (7 voksne og 2 teenager) tilbragte en ugen i dette pragtfulde hus, som levede mere end op til forventningerne Huset er velindrettet og rent. Her er masser af plads og indeholder alt hvad der behøves, så intet skal medbringes hjemmefra og alting (el-artikler, ovne, vaskemaskine, fryser, WI-Fi, TV, ect.) virkede perfekt. Foruden det store veludstyrede køkken er der også et udekøkken med bl.a. pizzaovn og grill. Huset ligger i en pragtfuld have med masser af blomster, palmer og træer. Den lækre pool bliver rengjort et par gange om ugen. Bil er en nødvendighed - afstand til supermarkeder og strand er ca 5-10 minutters kørsel. Hvis der skal være et lille minus, så må det være hovedvejen og jernbanen, der løber nord for grunden. Alt i alt en feriebolig der varmt kan anbefales.

Trevlig villa som levde upp till förväntningarna

Tillbringade 1 vecka i denna trevliga villa som verkligen motsvarade förväntningarna. 7 vuxna och 1 barn bodde här och njöt av huset och omgivningarna. Trevlig uteplats och trädgård där vi tillbringade många sköna timmar. Närmaste samhället Lascari är ett trevligt och genuint litet samhälle. Bil är dock i det närmaste ett måste.

Fantastic villa!

Villa has good size bedrooms for 6 adults. Fourth bedroom is little bit small, suits for children more. There is all cutlery you could imagine in the kitchen. Beautiful front and back yard. Definitely need a car. There are couple local supermarkets near this villa. Beach is with rocks, not a lot of sand. This is really fantastic villa for the good amount of money. Highly recommended for everybody!

Great house to spend great holidays

We were 8 young people who rent the house for one week in the summer. It's a really nice house and we enjoyed the time there. The property is large and well-kept. Inside it's a nice house. Everything you need was there and every window has a fly screen, which was really helpful. The kitchen is also very good. We liked the big veranda with a wooden table, the barbecue and the italian pizza stove. The pool has an appropriate size and is good to relax. During the time there we visited Cefalù (by car, 20 minutes) and Palermo (by train, about 1 hour one way), which are nice cities and also recommended to visit. There are a couple of beaches in the immediate vicinity of the house (all reachable within about 5 minutes with the car). The owner was really nice and helped us immediately if there was a problem. He also gave us some tips where to eat and where to go. It just was a little pity that you always have to use the car to go somewhere (Beach, supermarket, ...), because the house is located next to the main Street. So all in all it's a great house where you can spend great holidays.
