"We stayed for two days in this lovely place Sand in Taufers. Its pretty small place, just some bars and restaurants are available but you're so close to the mountains so it was perfect for our hiking trip. The hotel itself looks on the webpage pretty cool and totally new. We booked a superior suite (€ 460 for two nights) and honestly we were more than disappointed regarding the room. "Pros: Perfekte Lage, am Ortsrand, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, alles gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Wir sind sehr oft in Ferienwohnungen und hatten noch nie eine so perfekt geputzte Wohnung."

"Pros: Gastgeber sehr freundlich, sauberes zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Haus, tolles Panorama. Viele verschiedene Tiere freilaufend. Cons: Der Weg nach oben in die Berge ist teilweise nur einspurig. Ein geländegängiger Wagen wäre von Vorteil, da die Straße teilweise sehr holprig ist, mit Löchern und Spurrillen. Badewanne ist nicht vorhanden. Die angegebenen Vorort-Kosten für Kurtaxe sind nicht fest, sie variieren übers Jahr und werden vor Ort ermittelt."
