FRENES - apartment in a historic Villa

  • The historic house provides a comfortable environment in the center of Sand in Taufers. It was built in 1912 from our ancestors. It gives you an recreative basis for all your trips into the natural and cultural highlights of the Tauferer Ahrntal.

    It awaits you a roomy apartment in the top floor of the house with a sunny living area, modern bathroom and balcony.

    The flat has been renovated in 2015 with local materials. The wooden floors made from the local larch and the floor heating invite you to walk barefoot. The original furniture of the house was combined with modern elements. The kitchen has a induction cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and basic cooking equipment.
    Bedding, crockery, towels and hairdryer are provided.
