Call it being unlucky, inhad a bad experience with Bristol hotel. Upon check in in the early evening, I was given a room on the 5th floor. When I got there the room wasn't made up - the used towels, were on thr bed, which wasnt made from previous guest/s etc. Took photo and went down to the reception ...
