I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. When I open my luggage, I removed my shoes from bags. Also I removed my liquids from plastic bag to carry the plane. This is a lovely hotel, but it could do with a little TLC. The service was excellent. My only negative is how hard the mattresses are.
