Calme, hors centre et confortable

Situé à moins de 10min à pied du centre et ses murailles, un sympathique hotel, calme et propre, lit confortable. Le marché local n'est qu'à 5-6min à pied et la gare routière à 20 min à pied. Réception ouverte à toutes heures, même en arrivant tard le soir ou en partant très tôt (4:30). Personnel aimable et efficace.

Buena atención, cómodo, el estacionamiento pequeño pero alcancé a encontrar lugar, mención especial para Gabriel de la recepción nocturna, magnífica atención y servicio, espero pronto esté al frente del hotel, personas así en verdad hacen toda la diferencia.

Friendly staff. However, I chose and was charged for a King size bed and I got a FULL, not even a Queen size. I would have not stayed at that hotel if I'd known that was going to happen. They claimed it was an error on the website that they needed to fix. If so, the option needs to be removed IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise its false advertisement, bait and switch.

Otro mundo!

Mi tipo de viajero es llegar a dormir, al día siguiente bañarme y a la calle; no requiero televisión, teléfono o campo de golf. Es un hotel de 2-3 estrellas que tiene lo que requiero, personal muy amable. Seguramente si requiero ir a Campeche escogería este hotel y comentario al margen que ciudad, que gente tan cortés y amable.

Cubre lo que yo necesito

Es un hotel quizá de 2-3 estrellas pero para mi exactamente lo que necesitaba cubrir: un cama cómoda, un baño limpio con los recursos adecuados, internet, personal cortés, eficiente y atento a mis necesidades. No requiero helipuerto, teléfono, ni siquiera refrigerador, secador de pelo y plancha o televisión, estos últimos los tiene la habitación insisto; para mis necesidades, excelente.

Buen hotel por el precio.

El hotel está bien si vas a dormir 1 ó 2 noches, es lo suficientemente cómodo y la habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama cómoda. Tiene estacionamiento, pequeño pero tiene. Si no quieres gastar mucho y solo piensas estar un fin de semana es una buena opción.

Le quartier c'est comme la SPA, on est harcelé par les aboiements de chiens des voisins. On a eu une chambre pile en face de la réception, personne ne respecte le sommeil des clients. La piscine est dans un bâtiment a côté et tout y est en travaux . Hotel surévalué !

modern amenities, clean, close to city center

The hotel is in a seemingly dilapidated neighborhood that may look questionable, but felt safe and authentic. The property is expanding so there was some construction happening during our stay, but that didn't affect our experience in a negative way at all. Our room was clean and surprisingly had all the amenities available that we usually haven't seen throughout Mexico: hair dryer, refrigerator, iron/ironing board, great interior design of the bathroom, a gym. It was really nice to have all that available. The surrounding area is quiet except for neighbors talking loudly at times. The only thing I didn't like about our room was that it had no windows. The thing most appreciated about our stay was how attentive our concierge was. He went beyond his duties in making our stay as comfortable as possible and always had a bright smile and positive attitude.

por estar en remodelación, no cuenta con todos los servicios, como son etacionamiento libre acceso, internet falla muy seguido, no hay telefonía en los cuartos, pero para descasar eta bien
