Maybe it was the time of year (july), I don't know, but they lacked quite a bit on the menu and the breakfast waiter was just a teenager without much ability or experience. Just an average experience all the way around.

This is a nice enough hotel but the management does not take advantage of the gorgeous location. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, however the common areas of the hotel are not. The pool is dirty, the beach, yes, this hotel has direct beach access, but the sand is not clean and one can’t really enjoy the fantastic location as much as you would. Buffett breakfast is advertised but instead a very simple and limited menu is offered.

Salty water in the shower,sink and pool

It was a very nice place, food is a little pricey, nothing new there paid 90 pesos for two ice creams and 150 for two cheesecake slices.not too bad. However the description of the room said it included a balcony. Very disappointed to find out we didn't have a balcony in our room. The pool is nasty green with salty sea water, so is the shower and even the sink. I used bottled water to brush my teeth

The place was a good overnight stop and the view was lovely. The restaurant was excellent! Leo was a great waiter. The manager was unhelpful, and a bit surly. The toilet did not flush at all. The manager did nothing and did not offer to give us a different room with a working toilet. I got a bucket for the restaurant waiter to flush with.

Lo que que me gustó Desayuno gratis. Servicio amabilidad muy buena. Hotel frente al mar. La decoración que dejan las muchas de servicio en la cama lo hace ver atractivo. Todo el personal muy atento Lo que no me gustó Aire acondicionado fallaba constantemente cada 4 o 5 minutos se iba la electricidad. Telarañas alrededor de la cama. Insectos todos los días en el piso. Wifi muy lento. Él televisor dejó de funcionar en la última noche. En general la propiedad está descuidada

Tienen mucho por mejorar, la ropa de cama estaba rota igual que las toallas, la comida en el resturante un 10 de 10, super rico todo y muy amables en la atención. La regadera tenía moho y el ventilador y la cabecera hacian demasiado ruido.

En general bien y por el precio super bien. Algunas cosas : Mi habitación tuvo un problema eléctrico y se cortaba la electricidad cada 2 segundos. Entonces cargar el cel hacia ruido de desconexion cada 3 segundos. 2..El baño se inunda y es imposible filtrar el agua. El agua de la regadera era limpia y no concordaba con algunas malas reseñas de otros huespedes. 3ro... El restaurante no es tan bueno pero ayuda tenerlo cerca. La verdad consigues mejor comida y a precio mas bajo a unos metros antes en los restaurantes de junto. 4...Si te molestan los insectos pide el 2do o 3er piso. Porque en la planta baja hay muchos insectos y anfibios de todo tipo.
