This is my second time staying at the same hotel. Sure, the hotel needs some touches, but I do not live there, so it worked out perfect for me. I loved a view from my room to the ocean and the Mayan Angel monument and the swimming pool which I usually had all for myself. Hotel is almost in front of the city wall, so it is easy to reach the main touristy spots. It is centrally located but is very quiet.

The location is good but the hotel is a dump the rooms are dirty specially the bathroom there is mold every on the walls, the toilet and sink are dirty there was even poop or blood next to the sink on the wall and the only working elevator was broken most of the time

Really this hotel should be close, it is a scam, and should not be listed by Expedia. We want our money back. The swimming pool was all dirty , old tiles , broken chairs, The room old, everything was old , no hot water, old towels, we really want our money back. Expedia should be ashamed

The property location is excellent. No bathroom amenities like shampoo, face clothes. Only two towels, no hand towels no face clothes. ONly one elevator in operation so a long wait for elevator especially in the morning. Front desk staff speak little to no english. No power in the hotel when we arrived so could not check in until later. This hotel could be great with the excellent location but it needs upgrading badly.

Se puede mejorar el mantenimiento en varias zonas del hotel, recepción,elevador, baños de las habitaciones (presión y agua caliente) . Falta iluminación en algunas zonas. Mejorar limpieza.

El hotel es demasiado viejo y está muy descuidado, el olor dentro de las habitaciones no es muy agradable, el sanitario tenía problemas de llenado del tanque, se tardaba en volver a llenar como 20 minutos, había una gotera que caí del piso de arriba del baño, que olía feo, lo reportamos y nos dijeron que debía reportarse antes que hicieran la habitación.

El lugar es grande, pero está muy descuidado no lo han dado mantenimiento al moviliario , baños y zonas comunes. Así decae y no dan ganas de regresar. Lástima porque esta bien ubicado.

Está viejito el hotel, pero es tranquilo, es limpio, excelente flujo de agua caliente, tiene estacionamiento amplio, la vista de las habitaciones al mar están insuperables, está enfrente de lo interesante en el malecón y de la ciudad amurallada. Regresaré con toda mi familia en diciembre.
