"The view was beautiful and the staff were lovely. The hallways look a little rough. When I asked for a hairdryer, they told me to come get it. When I got down there the said they’d bring one up in 5 min. They then brought me a broken one. I had to go back downstairs again and they said they’d try to track down another one. "Great place in front of El Malecón. Breakfast is great, hotel is nice and clean. The restaurant (sea food) in front of the hotel is also recommended by locals. One thing to improve is shuttle from the Light Train (tren maya) to the hotel. "
