From the large, covered terrace on the ground floor, you can enjoy the view of nature. There you’ll find a spacious dining table with six comfortable chairs as well as a hanging chair for two—perfect for relaxing with a book or a glass of Wein.Im n upper floor, another terrace awaits you with an outdoor table, chairs, and a parasol —ideal for morning coffee or a quiet moment overlooking the countryside. Kitchen and Outdoor Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.Large refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and a full set of kitchenware—here you can easily prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a multi-course dinner.From the kitchen, you have direct access to the outdoor kitchen—perfect for your open-air grilling experience. Upper Floor: One double bedroom; one single bedroom; large bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms are equipped with new, high-quality mattresses and offer plenty of storage space as well as a quiet, pleasant atmosphere.Pool and Outdoor AreaOn the lower pool level, you’ll find a cosy outdoor double bed, four sun loungers, and a beach umbrella. The spacious pool terrace offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy yourself. The view of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains makes every moment by the pool a special experience.Recreation and Activity AreaUnder a large canopy, about 100 metres from the house, an activity area will be set up by summer featuring a ping-pong table, foosball, darts, and a lockable Fahrradraum.In collaboration with a professional bicycle service provider, recreational bikes, children’s bikes, or semi-professional road bikes arranged and delivered directly to the finca. Additionally, upon request, we can arrange private massages, manicures and pedicures, facials, yoga or Pilates classes, as well as a private chef or a paella evening right at the finca.Arrival and WelcomeFrom the village of Campanet, you can reach the finca in just a few minutes by car. You’ll drive through a large, brown, electric gate that can be opened with a code. A key box is available in case we cannot welcome you in person—though we place great importance on greeting you personally and giving you a tour of the house.Campanet and the Surrounding AreaCampanet is one of Mallorca’s most authentic villages—quiet, unspoiled, and full of Mallorcan charm. Small cafés, traditional architecture, and a relaxed village lifestyle define the atmosphere. A special highlight is the famous Campanet stalactite caves—a fascinating destination for young and old alike. The most beautiful beaches in the north of the island are about a 20- to 25-minute drive away. Playa de Muro offers kilometres of fine-sand beach with turquoise waters. Port d’Alcúdia is ideal for families, with a gentle slope into the sea. Cala Sant Vicenç delights visitors with its small, crystal-clear coves.
