"We have stayed here several times, this one was the last one, not coming back. VERY bad service, the room was not even ready, poorly maintained, none of our requests were taken into account, we were charged so much more than our reservation. Price-quality is a joke. There were unwarned construction going on, no even table lamps on the room, no spa access, all the common areas are closed ridiculously early and so on…very far from what it used to be. I do not recommend this place anymore, stay...

"Room with very comfortable beds, which is the hotel's strongest point, service by the guys at breakfast very bad, no desire to work, bathroom located on the ground floor with a smell worse than a public bathroom in the city center, where I have already informed the management so that they can take action. Very nice pool for families. Good hotel for families on vacation and good breakfast!"
