The rusty old refrigerator in the kitchen gives the impression that the owner lacks pride in maintaining the rental. The water pressure is extremely low, with any tap usage causing a significant drop in the shower's pressure. The hot tub, which is out of service, is in such an unsanitary state that it raises serious concerns, and its door is damaged. "Beautiful hotel, but was overbooked so we couldn’t eat at the restaurants on site. If you are a tourist at the hotel, you will be treated differently. We were told that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant or go to the beach. They said it was fully booked but there was tons of loungers available.. we felt unwelcome and received very cold service We would never return. Otherwise the "

"We only had a couple of nights stay however we were made to feel very welcome and nothing was a problem. Staff were really polite and accommodating. Everything was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and oceon view room had a beautiful view along the coast. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. A good carpark to leave your car in hotel grounds. Would definitely go again."
