"My adult daughters and I came for a mother/daughter spa weekend. We were disappointed in the food and the noise. The rooms are not sound proof. Lots of crying kids. The first day we ordered food from the pool area and my adult daughter was throwing up and had diarrhea in the night. Every meal we had was mediocre. Our breakfast tacos had raw bacon in them. However, room service was great. Also, my daughters had a good spa experience but my massage therapist had the light on and kept talking. It was supposed to be a relaxing massage but I felt like I was in physical therapy and it hurt. She told me my shoulders were uneven. I felt like for the $700 a night price and $800 for 3 massages it should have been a better experience."

"No elevator. Not usually a problem but at midnight and tired it would have been nice. AC was turned off in the room when we entered. We turned it on and it cooled down but again at midnight and tired then had to wait for the room to cool down. Room was 84 degrees when we entered. Midnight front desk help probably could have used more training. It was cheap and you get what you pay for I guess."
