"It was for one night I didn't have time to see the pool."

"This was supposed to be a romantic getaway but it wasn't. The weather played a major factor. The hotel was ok a bit rustic they upgraded me to a suite but it didn't have any wifi or a working television. The food was amazing but there was little to do as far as excursions. The staff was very kind and were working hard to help us but this definitely fell short of 4 stars which I was expecting. To top it of they charged me $80 for the boat ride to the island as if I could get there any other way...

"I didn’t like that I was not told that I had to walk 15 minutes up a hill to get to our room. I have a lung condition so it was not good for me to do that. Once we got to the room we couldn’t go anywhere because we would of had to walk back down the hill then back up again. If I was told that we had to do this I would of never booked it. I liked the staff, they were all very attentive to our needs. "

"J’ai été très bien accueilli par Mme Catherine qui veille au détail pour que la clientèle soit sa satisfaite. En plus les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La situation géographique de l’hotel, en face de la mer est un atout naturel. Enfin, la restauration est parfaite. On peut y déguster de bons fruits de mer. "

"Nous sommes venu passer 4 nuits dans cette hotel pour la seconde fois mais la première fois nous étions sans enfants la réceptionniste nous à proposer une chambre sans séparation avec les enfants Meme pas un rideau une autres chambre avec séparation été disponible mais nous devions rajouter 50$ deja sa nous a refroidi direct et nous somme rester dans la chambre qui nous été destiner .... Ce qui nous à choquer c'est que cette hotel vous donne de la lumière uniquement à 18h lorsqu'il fais nuit ......
