We had 3 adults staying there. It was advertised for 3 adults, however, the futon foldout was only big enough for a kid. We took pictures of our adult kids and their heads went over the futon. However. After complaining, the owners dropped off a double/queen blow up mattress, about the 3 day into the stay, meanwhile one of the kids had to move into our room.
So, bad news, the room was not set up for 3 adults, but good news after days of complaining, the bed was corrected.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff.
The bed needed replacement as it had noticeable wear / sagging, but otherwise the room was nice and in good shape.
There is a resort fee and, if you plan on parking a car a mandatory valet parking situation that add a substantial amount to the per night cost. The "resort fee" should just be included in the room rate so you know exactly what you are getting up front, and explain the parking issue as well as the cost of the parking in the booking form so travelers can make a more informed decision when booking.

Stayed at this hotel for one night before heading home from vacation. We were told we had to pay for amenities but didn’t even have time to use them, which was a huge waste of money. Also, we were hoping to get a good nights sleep before a long 24hr-day of travel, but unfortunately, we were on the 3rd floor and the area was extremely noisy and kept us up until 2AM.
Despite this, the staff were friendly and the lobby and room was kept very clean.

Fantastic location in the middle of Waikiki and directly on the beach, with excellent restaurants (Duke’s, Hula Grill) and entertainment (Blue Note, Duke’s). Room was recently renovated and was comfortable, clean and had a nice partial view of ocean. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Hotel is being renovated so it impacted the elevator availability and made things a bit messy and congested on the ground floor (LL). It added a good amount of noise, too, during the day, though we were rarely there. Many people struggled operating the elevator.
Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves
