"This is a seriously big hotel, which is not quite that visible from the pictures. This means there is a lot of walking from lift to room/ lift to exit etc involved, which was not great for my 80 year old Mum. Also, there is no designated drop off area. So if you arrive by car, you need to either park illegally or walk a long way to the hotel, and only once you are checked in will they make parking available to you, and that is a couple of minutes away. "The view from our balcony on floor 6 overlooking the sea was beautiful. The quality and choice of food at the breakfast and evening buffets were delicious.The spa and indoor pool was great when weather was cloudy. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Number 4 bus from outside the hotel takes you to Palma which was busy. Not a lot to do in the local vicinity though. Unfortunately I had my purse pickpocketed out of my bag on the packed bus on way home. On the whole a very relax full week and would recommend this hotel. "
