"Beach area was beautiful!! Rooms were very run down and needed some serious updating. We were there during the fire and received little to no help. Very disappointed with management through the whole process. Went back after and the things that were left behind were taken and we were told by staff that all rooms were empty. They don't take good care of their customers. "

"What can I say, I’m happy I found this place for my solo trip journey. Just what I needed, love the property and love everything about the staff. The staff is amazing and the property is well kept. Honestly you don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to. There’s literally everything there. I like the idea of having a second infinity pool that’s more kids friendly. Food and drinks were good. I can’t wait come back here. "

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was lovely, beach was always kept clean and raked. Food was fresh and tasty and we especially enjoyed the daily breakfast specials. It was quite windy for most of our 4 day stay, but when we finally were able to enjoy some snorkel time on the reef we were extremely impressed and wanted more time to explore. "

"I want to warn guest about taxis. The front desk thought they were doing me a favor telling me I could get a taxi on the street which I didn't think anything of. I had to negotiate the price. I also didn't think anything about that. However, after I got into the taxi, he drove me down the street and then tried to drop me off. I ultimately got to my location. But that was not a pleasant experience. The hotel should know better. The taxi driver is really ripped to us off with their pricing. The hotel should do something to take care of that for guests needing to go places."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided a tour free of charge that was fun. They picked us up and we took a tour of some of the island. We were able to get off the small boat and get in the water. Water was nice and warm. My only complaint is there is no food substitutions for the all inclusive buffett. You cannot order anything outside of the food options that are already put out. That includes snacks. What you see is what you get. They had night shows every night presented by their "Animation Team". I liked the music and dancing. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!"

"The shuttle service was great the hotel rooms are nice but I will say this I stayed in the upper section of the resort room 16 and it’s a hike up the stairs to the room but view was fantastic the real part that bothered me is the toliet it wouldn’t take paper so how do ya wipe ya butt :) other then that resort is great very low key relaxed and staff are allways nice and attentive "
