Family friendly hotel with lots of food varieties to suit all eaters. Staff were always friendly and helpful. There were many pool areas to choose from and a private sandy beach, gazebos also bookable and fantastic entertainment both day and night. Overall an wonderful stay celebrating birthdays with staff all making it special for us. Thank you.

We booked a twin room ( double & double sofa bed ) but got given a double . What is not clear in the description of the hotel that it consists of a main building and a side building . Our room was located in the side building (401-480) some 120 steps up from the pool area , there is no lift so if you have mobility issues you have a problem (we personally didn’t).
It was advertised as adults only , this again wasn’t quite correctly described. There are 2 smallish areas that are adults only . 1 area of the garden and 1 pool ( once the life guard is off duty the kids are in).
We didn’t let it spoil our stay but these things need to be correctly advertised.
The good parts : the buffet was fabulous , you will be hard pressed to not find something that you like .
Sports : plenty to choose from.
Beach area , plenty of loungers and sea easy to get in/out off as gently sloped .
Room was kept spotless

The number of activities offered during the day can keep things interesting even if you're not leaving the hotel at all. The Spa services are great too! I really enjoyed the deep tissue massage with the Turkish Bath.

Everything is great about this place. It is green, clean, peaceful with fantastic food is served. The sea is beautiful with it’s golden sandy beach. The atmosphere here is very healthy, which means it is a wonderful place for resetting your mind, exercising, eating healthy and just watch the beauty of the nature. Weather is fantastic, no humidity. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Everything was just wonderful.
The only downside were mosquitoes, so be well prepared before you go. Kids club and activities also need to improve.
