The room was full of ants and other small insects. I was staying in the middle of Tuscany wine country, I would expect my room to have a corkscrew and at least glass glasses. The room only had flimsy plastic cups.

The property was exquisite. The view spectacular and the staff top notch. The indoor and outdoor thermal pools and sauna made our stay very relaxing. The buffet breakfast was amazing.

It is very quiet, close to town, nice grounds and pool. It had the nicest bedding and mattress that we had in our 3 week vacation.
